Shipping policy

Welcome to FancyDancyWallDecor ! Customer satisfaction is my main goal. Most of my items are made to order and current turnaround time is 2 weeks from the date ordered. Ready to ship items will ship with 2-3 business days. This does not include shipping time. Custom orders are always welcomed.

Shipping

Important Please Read:

I am not responsible for delays with the postal service. Once a package has been shipped out and is in the hands of the postal service, it is no longer my responsibility on how long it can take to ship. I can only provide estimates based off the typical shipping time frames of past orders. Once a package has been shipped and processed by USPS and marked as delivered I am no longer responsible for that package. Please make certain that your mailing address is correct when checking out. If a package is returned because the address provided was not correct, then the customer is held accountable for the re-shipping process. The customer will need to repay shipping and handling before I can resend the package.

 

Damaged Package/Missing Items:

All items are shipped via USPS and include tracking. You can track your items directly through USPS.COM.
All items are packaged extremely well. However in the event your item is damaged in transit FancyDancyWallDecor is not responsible for any items once shipped. Please contact me within 3 days of receiving you damaged item so we may discuss your options.

Missing/Lost or Stolen items:

FancyDancyWallDecor is not responsible for any items once shipped.
You may report your lost or stolen items to your local post office and provide them with your tracking number to help locate your item.
All Priority Mail packages are insured for $50. You may place a claim immediately with USPS if you receive any damaged or missing items. You must retain sales receipt, the mailing container, including any damaged articles, all packaging, and any contents received. Failure to do so may result in denial of claim. You may be asked to provide proof of damage through inspection at your local post office.

Payment

Please keep in mind all items listed are made to order (except ready to ship items) therefore once your order is received production will start within 24 hours.
If you need to cancel your order you may do so within 1 hour of your order. If cancelled after 2 hours you will be subject to a 15% Restocking Fee.
